  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will be processed the next business day.
  • Total Delivery Time: Typically between 5 to 9 business days, combining handling and transit.

Delivery Methods

We primarily use FedEx for shipping. However, we reserve the right to choose alternative shipping carriers based on factors such as delivery area, cost efficiency, and customer preferences.

Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping rate of $10.00 per order for domestic U.S. deliveries using FedEx or comparable services.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@ravors.shop. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is entered during checkout and the order is undeliverable, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
