Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do We Accept Exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product first. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide return authorization, instructions, and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item in its original box, affix the return label, and mail it back.

Returns sent without prior approval or without our provided return label may not be accepted.

Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within the 30-day window. Please note:

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Or is not what you ordered

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
